Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

1. Disclaimer (Important)

premiumukiptv does not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind. We act solely as a re-seller of access credentials. All media content is provided by third-party services and is not hosted on our servers.

We do not own, manage, control, run, maintain, or have access to the servers or entities involved in indexing or telecasting media of any kind. We act as an intermediary service provider.

2. Takedown Notice Requirements

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by providing a notice containing the following:

  • Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (please provide the exact URL).
  • Provide your contact information (Address, Phone, Email).
  • Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, please provide a written counter-notification containing your contact info and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
