We provide access to live TV channels, video on demand (VOD), and other related content via the internet. We do not host any content ourselves; we act as an intermediary to provide access to streaming servers.

3. Usage & Restrictions

To ensure the best quality for all customers, the following rules apply:

  • Single Connection: Each subscription allows for only ONE active connection at a time, unless you have purchased a multi-device plan.
  • No Re-streaming: Re-streaming, transmitting, or distributing our content to others is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban without refund.
  • Internet Speed: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps recommended for 4K/FHD).

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are due upon purchase. We accept various payment methods. Subscriptions are billed on a pre-pay basis. Prices are subject to change, but existing subscriptions will remain at the purchased rate until expiration.

5. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to sharing your account credentials or re-streaming content.

6. Limitation of Liability

PREMIUM UK shall not be held responsible for any interruptions in service caused by ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocking, server maintenance, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
